Tasked with modernizing Yahoo Finance’s video and live presence, I led the platform’s brand refresh and creative department overhaul during a pivotal time in digital financial media.

- Reimagined the visual identity to be more dynamic, clear, and scalable for live, on-demand, and mobile experiences
- Rebuilt the creative team structure, introducing efficient workflows and a collaborative production process that increased output and quality
