CLIENT - Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan
ROLE - Creative Director, Designer, Illustrator, Photographer, Production Manager
Overview
To energize its annual benefit and drive community support, JCC Manhattan needed a campaign that captured its diversity, creativity, and spirit.
I led the creative strategy and execution for a Pop Art–themed event that transformed a fundraising gala into a bold, unifying celebration.

Strategy
- Developed a vibrant visual identity inspired by classic Pop Art—leveraging bold color, repetition, and graphic storytelling
- Crafted messaging pillars around diversity, unity, and impact to emotionally resonate with current members, donors, and new supporters
- Extended creative across print, digital, and environmental touchpoints to build a cohesive, high-energy event experience

Key Takeaways
- Framing the JCC community through a Pop Art lens successfully bridged generational and cultural audiences
- Vibrant, message-driven design elevated the benefit beyond a typical fundraiser—making it a shareable, memorable event
- Reinforced the power of art-driven storytelling to inspire giving, community pride, and participation

Results
- Highest attendance in the organization's history
- Raised over $1 million in a single night
- Delivered a deeply branded, visually rich experience that galvanized the JCC’s supporter base
