Overview
Led brand positioning and campaign development for two of AMC Networks’ niche streaming platforms—Sundance Now and Shudder—to grow awareness, differentiate in a crowded streaming landscape, and drive new subscriber acquisition.

Strategy
Unified messaging frameworks and creative processes across brands while preserving each platform’s distinct voice.
[Sundance Now] Developed a data-driven A/B campaign to test whether critical acclaim would drive stronger engagement. Strategically highlighted festival awards, critic praise, and cultural prestige to attract discerning viewers.
[Shudder] Created a genre-loyal visual identity and thematic horror campaigns. Used original artwork, retro-inspired assets, and seasonal content drops to engage a niche but passionate horror fan base.

Results
- Campaign efforts contributed to ~4 million new subscribers across platforms
- Sundance Now: +20% CTR and +15% conversion rate on acclaim-forward ads
